Two years ago, we hired Mimmo and his crew to create a two tier patio, and pour a cement pad for a garden shed in our backyard. Mimmo took his time and explained the building process to us, how deep he would dig, type of materials he would use and so on. The project turned out great, just like we had envisioned it. After two cold winters, the patio still looks like new, no shifting or sinking interlocking stones at all. So when it can time to do the front of the house, Mimmo was our first choice. I’m happy to say that Mimmo and crew recently completed the project at the front of the house and it turned out fantastic. The project consisted of a walkway from the backyard to the front, an L shaped natural stone wall at the front of the house, natural stone work on the front porch to cover the cement and stairs, and the full driveway. Mimmo again took the time to listen to our vision and make suggestions based on his over 30 years of experience. He always explains the pros and cons of doing things different ways. For example, to avoid dipping interlocking stones on the driveway over a longer period of time, we opted to have Mimmo create a cement foundation under the driveway before laying the interlocking stones on top. This ensures that the stones will not start to sink from the heavy weight of our cars over time.
Let me end this review by saying that I am a very picky and detail oriented person, who appreciates a quality job that is done correctly and to perfection. If you’re like me, then Mimmo and his crew should be your first choice!

Mimmo and his crew did a fabulous job with our interlocking project this summer. We contacted Mimmo in the spring and he provided a comprehensive quote and design suggestions for us. The project started on time in August and the crew was there everyday at 730am and worked very hard. Mimmo is good to his word and the project was on budget as outlined in his quote. Mimmo was flexible and accommodating when we increased the size of the project once they had started working. The level of communication was great and Mimmo kept me updated each day on progress that had been made and what was planned for the next day. I had to call Mimmo a couple days after the job was complete because we needed to add a low retaining wall along the side walkway after discussions with our neighbor. Mimmo was very understanding and said he would come back to add the wall. Despite a busy schedule, Mimmo was there the next day and installed 60 feet of wall in one day! Mimmo is all about making sure the finished product is excellent and he stands behind his work once the job is done. Don't hesitate to call Mimmo for your interlocking or stone project if you are looking for an honest contractor that does quality work. We couldn't be happier with our new patio and walkways thanks to Mimmo and his crew!

We called in the spring and were shocked to find Mimmo was booked up until the end of September. Now I know why. Mimmo explained some of the shortfalls of the work that had been done before and explained how a few changes in material and method would give a great look and last much longer. When it came time to doing the job, he moved us up the schedule as he knew we were having a big party and got it all done quickly so everything was good the week before our guests arrived. He and his guys showed up early each morning, got down to work and did a great job. They also cleaned up after themselves each night as well as the end of the job. I'd use them again in a second.

It was a job very well done, on time and on budget. The ForeverStoneDesign team is totally reliable, hard working and delivers amazing good work. The crew arrived right at 7:30 am and were totally focused at the project on hand despite the steamy hot weather. The whole project of 1,200 sq ft driveway and walkway was completed beautifully in three days! The stones were laid nice and flat and the crew left absolutely no mess behind! We also appreciate the attention to details (e.g. allowing some space between the lawn and the driveway and filling the space with white sand to block out weeds, etc.). Overall, we are very happy with the job and would not hesitate to recommend this company to the others.

Mimmo picked beautiful stones. It matches the fron of my house perfectly, as if it has always been there. The job was executed to perfection. I am super happy I hired Mimmo. He's an excellent person as well: reliable, responsible and what he tells you, he will do, in time.

We are extremely pleased and impressed with Mimmo and his crew. From handling the initial inquiry, quote, finishing the job and follow up. Everything was done expertly, on time, professionally and with amazing attention to detail. We have a century home and wanted to keep with the craftsman style of details and care when we renovated our backyard. We had 2
wooden decks removed, koi pond filled in, a double level stone patio and stairs put in and the backyard regraded and sodded. Everything looks like it was always there. Mimmo has a spectacular eye for detail. Made the end of the patio curve instead of just straight for an additional design element and put in a beautiful stone walkway through the yard to the back shed. Even when we had surprises happen (they found a well on the property!) Mimmo took the time to explain our options and come up with what worked for our vision and budget. We have absolutely no regrets. Would recommend Forever Stone to anyone!
