Frank is professional ,kind and polite . Since he comes to my house , I know that i wil choose his company and he keep calling me to tell me when I am going to have my window ...even the day
that the window is arrived ..he always follows and asks me if the installation is o.k ...

I ordered a few windows last year to try the company out. The windows were great quality and well installed. I decided to order the rest of the windows this year. I'm happy with this company and would recommend them

Hello Ken we just wanted to say thanks for the great job on our windows and doors replacement they look great. I liked that you took the extra time to have some trim removed so you could get the exact measurements so there would be no holdups or surprises when the windows were installed.
Also a big thanks to Tyler and Mike who installed them, they showed up every day when they said they would until the job was complete, excellent installation, and they did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves.
Overall we are very satisfied with our decision to go with clera windows for our home .

Terry, the installers were very professional and clean! The job was great and we are very pleased with the service Clera has provided to us. I liked the cut out for the patio door, allows great access to the back yard.

Three windows were installed to replace the 50-year-old windows in my condominium apartment in Toronto. The new windows are great–good sound barriers, insulators and beautiful white framing with sash openings. Gene, the salesperson was very helpful , friendly and interested in our concerns and in meeting the standards of the building. Miguel and Cricket did a great professional job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones. When asked about maintenance and how to clean the windows, they demonstrated how to do things. Clean-up was thorough and service was polite and efficient. Many thanks to all!

Rick Gaboury the sales rep, John and his team of workers really took their time to help us decide on the final design of the project and they are very dedicated with their work and follow- up. Rick is honest and thorough. I love the final products and get a lot of envy look from my neighbours

The Sales Rep. Rick was very friendly and helpful in helping us choose the right door system for our house. The price was a few hundred dollars less than other door systems of similar quality. The installation was carried out within the expected timeframe by very professional installer John and his assistant. Rick even came by the day of the installatin to make sure things were going well. I would recommend Rick, John and Clera to anyone.

This was a large project that was constantly changing in window sizes. Steve Wright was very easy to work with not to mention his patience with the ever changing sizes and still managed to deliver within the time frame needed. A very good quality product at an affordable price. We are extremely satisfied.
