Five years ago I had my windows replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. Recently I had a few minor issues . I called Todd and he came by a few days later. He was in and out of my house in 20 minutes and all my windows are operating perfectly again. It nice to deal with a company that stands behind they’re warranty.

We had used Clera Windows about 15 years ago and I remembered the great service we had received back then so when it came time in our new home to replace our front door and patio doors, I knew who to call. Dennis K. our salesperson was extremely professional and didn't try to "hard sell" any products - he listened to what we wanted and then made suggestions. The installers were professional and did an amazing job. Dennis also stopped by during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was a job well done and I would highly recommend Clera to anyone considering doors and/or windows. The prices are very competitive and the professionalism of the sales team and the installers is the best!

Having had most of our windows replaced by Clera in recent years, I had absolutely no hesitation in calling them in to replace my front door this year. I knew I would have no concerns about quality and standard of material, workmanship and prompt follow-up should there be any difficulties arising after installation. We asked Clera for a quote to replace two basement windows and one bathroom window. In short order, their staff came and took measurements and provided a quote. We decided to go ahead and after the windows were built - staff called and arranged a time to install them. Then, they came and did the work right on time and exactly on budget. We are very happy with the improved windows and the installation (especially the clean-up). Clera staff were professional and courteous to deal with and they maintained their schedule and our budget. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get new, high quality windows.

Called Clera for a quote. Vito arrived that afternoon. Very pleasant and professional. Windows arrived on time and the install team did a fantastic job replacing the old ones and cleaning up - 3 hours, start to finish. I couldn't be happier. Job well done!

I recently had 7 windows, a patio door and siding redone by Clera Windows. The installation process was smooth and efficient and the installer was professional and polite. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend Clera Windows for anyone considering home renovations.

This past year we had Clera Windows do some home renovations for us. They installed four windows, a front door and they replaced our siding. The new windows made a drastic difference in the warmth of our house, (a fact reflected in our heating bills!) and the siding makes our house look like new! We just had a major renovation done in our kitchen and wanted 3 picture windows installed.
We asked three companies for bids, however found the Clera representative (Ron), to be the most knowledgable.
He suggested their Clera Low Profile Casement windows .Although Clera was not the lowest price, we found it reassuring that actually made the windows in their factory. The installation was performed professionally. (The installer sure showed that he had plenty of experience.)
Ron followed up during the installation (nice to see this extra interest), to ensure the we were satisfied, and very satisfied we were.
We have had a few dinner parties since, and all of our guests mention that they love the new windows (as well as our
new kitchen).
Great to deal with a company that 'does it right' and cares.

We recently had 9 windows, a front door and a patio door installed at our home. Apart from a small mix up with our order, the components were installed perfectly.
