Pete and myself are pleased with the service once again. The 2 employees with your company were very professional and did the job they were hired to do. Even cleaning up after themselves and laying sheets on the floor to protect from the snow. Great job once again. Love the doors and the windows too.

We had some Clera windows and a front door installed recently at our home. The windows and the door are of very good quality and the installation was professionally done. We purchased new windows and had them installed in July 2013. Overall the windows and doors are fantastic. The installation was quick and very well done. In our experience communication and accountability were the biggest issues. We noticed some minor deficiencies after the installation and it took 6 months and a negative review on Homestars to get them addressed. (see original review) The installer initially called the day we arrived home with our newborn and we explained the timing wasn't ideal. He said he would call the following week to set up a more suitable time. After 6 months of unreturned messages to the installer, local manager and head office, it took my initial negative review to get the ball rolling. Within a few hours of the review being posted I received calls from the installer, local manager and head office. We were told we were victims of miscommunication. The local manager thought the installer was taking care of it and never followed up with us to make sure. The installer thought he had called and left a message for us. Understandably one of our messages to head office was left during their holiday shut down, which would explain a delay, but doesn't explain why we didn't receive any response to that message or others left in previous months. In the end both the local manager and the installer showed up to fix the problems and it took them less than an hour. It's unfortunate because all of our frustration and dissatisfaction could have been avoided if someone had just returned a call back in September.

I just had Clera Windows and Doors replace two big windows in my restaurant.
They look great and they have made that corner of my place a lot more comfortable.

We had a new front door with two sidelites installed just before Christmas.
We chose Clera Windows And Doors for the job because they were referred to us
by a friend. The new door makes the front of our house look magnificent and our foyer
is much warmer.

Had original 30 yr. old, single slider windows. Couldn't see outside for all of the ice both inside and out and the drafts were incredible!. Patio door handle was broken and ice formed inside due to a lot of use. Dennis the sales rep was very helpful and since I knew what I wanted, he didn't push to sell me anything different. There was a delay with the installation due to the storms we endured (go figure) but they got to me as soon as they possibly could. The installers (Ramesh and his helper) were wonderful! They were on time,very courteous and polite to me as the homeowner. They took great care in cleaning up any mess and covering all carpets and bedding while they were at work. They also braved some icy and windy conditions to get the job done. I would definitely recommend Clera to anyone!

My husband and I recently had all of the windows changed in our home. Our experience with Clera Windows was fantastic and we would highly recommend them to our friends and family. From the initial consultation, through to the install and clean-up, each Clera employee (Alen, Jeff & Bryan) was professional, punctual and efficient.

Clera windows delivered exactly what we ordered and I am so glad we decided to upgrade where we felt it would count the most. Our new sliding patio doors are superb as is the new front door. Our upgrade to the double sliders in the kitchen and casements throughout the top floor are excellent. The quality and craftsmanship are what we expected and delivery and installation were within the timeframe you indicated.
I would highly recommend your company to anyone looking for a class “A” job.
