We were trying to get a newly renovated room completed before Christmas and Perfect Painters made that happen with ease. Melanie gave me a quote the day I phoned with a clear outline of pricing and availability. She was easy to work with and very accommodating in trying to meet our deadline. Her communication was fantastic and she answered all of our questions and patiently worked with us when we changed our mind on the date for the work to be completed. Fabio arrived on time the day of the job and completed the painting quickly. His pride in his work and eye for detail was evident in the finished product. The room has brick and wood walls and he meticulously hand painted any areas needed to insure that the finished product was perfect. We couldn't be happier with the final product and they certainly do deserve the name Perfect Painters.

Recently renovated a small extension on the back of my house with a cathedral ceiling. Due to the type of ceiling, I decided to go with closed cell spray foam to avoid any ventilation issues. I called a few different places. Enri was very quick to get back to me and discuss the project and pricing structure, giving me a rough idea of price based on my room measurements. He then quickly booked a time that was the following week. The team showed up on time, as they said they would and quickly got to work. Enri was there to ensure that everything was set up properly with his team and go over final measurements with me to confirm the price. When they were finished spraying, they came and got me to inspect the installation. There were a few areas that I thought were a little light on coverage (i.e. needed a bit more thickness). However, there were no arguments whatsoever and the guys immediately got back at it to fill in some of the gaps. They came and got me again for another inspection, which looked good. They then proceeded to clean up the site and left it in good, clean, order. All in all, very professional and good quality work. I gave a 4/5 on the general job simply due to the initial lack of coverage (my opinion is that they should not have needed me to point this out?). However, they were quick to correct it with no hesitation. The job was done well and they were easy to deal with. Overall, I would definitely use the company again and would recommend them - so 5/5 on that.

A well deserved and over due 10 star review. We had our kitchen renovated last summer. We contacted several companies before finally deciding who to hire. We definitely made the right choice. Todd was quick to answer any questions we had and provide a very reasonable quote. We actually had Mike come to the house to do the painting and he was fantastic! My husband is a bit of perfectionist and Mike took the time to work with him and make sure that he was happy and the job was done right. There were several issues with our renovation and the timeline that came up (including appliances being delivered in the middle of the painting), but Todd and Mike graciously and professionally worked around them. We are so happy with our kitchen and the whole process from start to finish. Thank you!

This is our second time using Des. Came the same day (within a few hours) and removed all of the debris from our kitchen reno. Very reasonably priced and a delight to work with. Would HIGHLY recommend!

During our move the back of our sofa had gotten covered in black marks. The team from 416-So-Clean arrived on time, confirmed their appointment prior to arrival, managed to get all of the marks off of our sofa as well as removed several stains on the carpet as a bonus, and finished up faster than expected. Professional, easy to use and highly recommended!

We purchased new windows and had them installed in July 2013. Overall the windows and doors are fantastic. The installation was quick and very well done. In our experience communication and accountability were the biggest issues. We noticed some minor deficiencies after the installation and it took 6 months and a negative review on Homestars to get them addressed. (see original review) The installer initially called the day we arrived home with our newborn and we explained the timing wasn't ideal. He said he would call the following week to set up a more suitable time. After 6 months of unreturned messages to the installer, local manager and head office, it took my initial negative review to get the ball rolling. Within a few hours of the review being posted I received calls from the installer, local manager and head office. We were told we were victims of miscommunication. The local manager thought the installer was taking care of it and never followed up with us to make sure. The installer thought he had called and left a message for us. Understandably one of our messages to head office was left during their holiday shut down, which would explain a delay, but doesn't explain why we didn't receive any response to that message or others left in previous months. In the end both the local manager and the installer showed up to fix the problems and it took them less than an hour. It's unfortunate because all of our frustration and dissatisfaction could have been avoided if someone had just returned a call back in September.
