Clera Windows + Doors

I have had many bad experiences with contractors since purchasing my home. I was hesitant on even calling Clera Windows + Doors but I am so glad I did. My experience with them was pleasant easy and painless. Ken was very knowledgeable in the product they sell and very helpful in helping choose what was best for each room. He didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want. The installers were well mannered and easy to get along with. They didn't even mind me poking my nose in asking a million questions as they worked. They came well equipped and cleaned any mess they made inside and out, they even took care around my gardens. I definitely would highly recommend Clera Windows+Doors to everyone, they made the whole process very pleasant.

The sales staff was very knowledgeable and the installers were polite and courteous. The product arrived within the estimated time frame and crew arrived on site as scheduled. I would recommend the product to friends and family.

We have a property that we were looking to replace the windows in and decided to give Clera a call. Our call was received by Melissa, who was excellent to deal with, very friendly & most helpful in setting up an appointment that suited our schedule. The rep that came out was excellent, courteous and knowledgeable, the price was right so we decided to go with Clera. The installation crew did a great job, and although the first scheduled appointment was "rained" out, they were able to book us in the same week. The only thing that we are waiting on is for the bathroom window, the glass came clear, and should have been frosted, but we were reassured this would be made right, and changed out asap. Very happy with the service received.

We just got new windows and door from Clera Windows the last week of June. We had the BEST installers, a father and son team..Kevin and James. My husband and I had many questions and both Kevin and James made sure that they were all answered and that we were both happy. Kevin and James take pride in their work and really make sure every fine detail is taken care of. The windows and door look fantastic and we are truly happy with the service provided. Just wanting to let you know that I am very pleased with the windows I had
installed by your company. The worker you had install them was
excellent...he was very particular about each window and very neat and
clean! When he left every room and outside it was exactly the way he had
found it to begin with however there were new windows in the frames! I
would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Cudos to the installation teams! Kevin, James, Ryan and his partner were EXCELLENT in the work they did. They showed up as scheduled, were extremely pleasant & accommodating, did fantastic work, cleaned up well and were just generally a joy to have around. The windows turned out just great - replacing old drafty windows with beautifully faux leaded panes. There were a few bumps along the way which were handled by Adam professionally and with an eye toward customer satisfaction above all else. Looking at my new "leaded glass" windows you can barely see any difference between them and the windows which are original to the house. Very pleased with the final outcome!

After receiving 4 estimates/quotes from other high-end window companies, I felt Clera was the best fit. Clera's customer service and install crew was what put them over the top. Drew did an absolute outstanding job installing windows in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Clera.

I had called Clera Windows & Doors for an estimate on my home in Madoc. Ken Chaston had came to my home and gave me an estimate for the entire house. I thought the price was very good, and had told him we would discuss it and let him know. He had then shook my hand, and told me to take my time, and talk it over with my wife. This impressed me, that he did not pressure me. Although, before Mr. Chaston could leave the driveway I
had ran outside to get him back in the house. I told Ken we have decided to go ahead with the job. We know that your company has a great reputation, and we feel the price is fair. When it came time for the installation, Ken's crewed showed up and went at the job. I was very impressed with his installers, they were very professional, and skilled at what they do.
I own a business myself, and I know good skilled employee's are worth their weight in gold.
Overall this experience has been excellent, from the first phone call, to the finish of our project. I would recommend that if anyone is looking for windows or doors to call Clera Winows & Doors. A job well done. Thank You
