Clera installed new windows for us about 4 years ago, including changing the dining room window into a sliding patio door. They did a great job all around...I could tell that the installers took pride in the quality of their work....I'm really happy with how it turned out.
Recently, a hinge pin came out of a crank handles for one window, and the locking mechanism broke on another window. I spoke with Rita in customer service, and was well taken care of. She had all the information I needed, responded in a timely manor and provided flexible options to get me the replacement parts.
There was a minor mixup with one of the parts when I went to pick them up, but the receptionist was able to sort it out with the warehouse staff, and I was on my way.
An over-all positive experience.
