As I said they were in the process. Unfortunately with the rain last night my window is still leaking.
After receiving my complaint the company addressed my problem promptly and they are in the process of repairing the job.
I had windows installed many years ago. At some point a leak developed in my front windows, I had one of their installers out to complete the capping they forgot 10 years ago .... he inspected the job and advised the orginal capping was not done properly. I have been chasing them for 4 months trying to get them to fix my window leaks and to date they keep stalling. No idea why as I have to pay for the labour it is not covered in their life time warranty. I have contacted both the head office and the local Markham dealer numerous times without any result.
