HAD A NEW FRONT DOOR AND FRAME INSTALLED , OVER A YEAR AGO. 8 MONTHS LATER AND STILL WAITING FOR A REPLACEMENT DOOR FRAME, AS THE FIRST ONE SPLIT AFTER INSTALLATION. ONE EXCUSE AFTER AN OTHER AS TO WHY IT HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED.. VERY POOR AFTER SALES RESPONCE TO PROBLEMS OR FIXES. NOT UP TO MY STANDARDS OF SERVICE... SORRY THAT I HAVE RECOMMENED THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS.

We apologize for the inconvenience but our local branch has part for several months and he left you message couple of months ago to schedule for a service call. Our local branch even drove by your home at least 4-5 times to see if anyone is home. Please make arrangements with local branch to get your service completed. Thanks - Clera Admin
