We live in an older Bungalow and needed three windows replaced. After looking into several companies and gathering quotes, I went with Clera because they offered the best warranty and the most professional service. Our Sales Rep, Vic, was really great being about to accommodate my husband and my business schedules to sit down and go over our options with us. He was patient and called us to check in before we purchased. When we decided to go with Clera, he then sent his installer to come and measure accordingly, we then got our window order in and because they were custom made, the fit like a glove.
The installers came on a Saturday morning and we done no later than a few hours. They cleaned up, asked us to inspect the inside and the outside of the windows. They were very professional and even offered advice. Very very pleased with the overall service and support. We recommend them highly.
