We recently had an issue with two window crank mechanisms on a kitchen window installed by Clera. The locking mechanisms were damaged due to a little too much "man-handling" over a three year period.
We called Chris Larock not knowing if the misuse was going to be covered by warranty, or if the window was covered any more at all.
Chris immediately sent in his best installer, Avni, and the windows were repaired no-questions-asked and for no charge.
Great service on a great product!
