Clera Windows + Doors

We ordered a window with Clera on April 4th, 2014. The contract states that the delivery takes about 4 weeks while the sales representative told us that it will very likely be less than that being only one window. Unfortunately until today - almost 3 months later - the window has not been installed. After numerous calls to the company we learned that the sales representative is on a longer sick leave and that they would have to check if the window is already produced. In the 3 months, we have not been contacted by Clera and not been given any explanation why our window would not be delivered. We keep calling them but unfortunately no reaction from Clera about the installation. I still believe that Clera sells a great product, but in our case they unfortunately simply took our initial payment and then never contacted us again. I recommend to be careful of what they promise in terms of timelines and to be prepared to have to do the follow up if you don't hear from them for weeks.
