An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

When we replaced our windows a few years back in our home we chose to go with FM Windows, it was the right choice, the warranty and quality can't be beat. When it was necessary to replace windows in a rental property it was a natural choice. Ken was prompt in getting back to me and quick to estimate the job. The time from estimate to our order being ready was faster than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. His install team was courteous and efficient and handled a few challenges our house presented with ease and professionalism. They did a great installation. I highly recommend Ken and Clera for anyone looking to replace windows, your satisfaction will last as long as your windows will.
