I have my six panel (2mx2.5m) back window and front door replaced by Clera. Getting the windows ready for installation took some time (over 6 weeks) but they came over and installed them in half a day. All work was done neat and well and we're really happy with our new windows -they look great.
I give them 4 stars instead of 5 because they should have followed up more often on the status of the order after the down payment until installation (no much heads-up when they were coming).
