An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We were pleased with the work and installation. Based on the result we have seen so far (in fairness, not enough time has passed to know if there will be issues down the road), we are very satisfied. i would simply say that you (Joe Pinhiero) personally provided a very thorough and detailed approach to us as we were deciding what kind of window options we should consider, and the subsequent installation was done professionally and with quality.
