An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The work was done quickly and professionally. The windows have made a significant difference to the look and warmth of my home. There is virtually no moisture on the windows, even when we had minus 30 degree weather for a week. My other old windows were frosted up. There were a couple of glitches during installation, but Chris handled them effectively to my general satisfaction.
