We had an excellent experience with Gene Morlando and FM/Clera. He was easy to deal with, professional and friendly. He thoroughly explained the product and continued to follow up after the installation. The installers did a great job and we're very happy with our purchase. The windows look great, were installed well and perform as they should. The 3 patio doors are great. We notice a decrease in out door noise. We investigated several other companies and choose FM/Clera because of the ease and comfort dealing with Gene. I have more doors and windows to replace and I will go to FM/Clera and Gene.

- Investigate other companies. How easy was it to get a return call and how knowledgeable were the sales people. This should give you an idea on how it will be to deal with the company should you require future service or have problems. When getting quotes, make sure you're comparing "apples" to "apples".
