An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My wife and I have now got our second batch of windows put in our home from Clera Windows and Doors. We had some done last year and now did the rest. We are very impressed with Gerald and his professionalism. He gave us a lot of options and was very knowledgeable about his project. Jeff came to install the windows both times and he has done a great job every time. He cleaned up and exceeded all our expectations. The windows look fabulous in our home and we are so happy to tell everyone who we have in our home, that Clera windows and Doors did them and to show them off.
