I recently replaced 14 windows and 2 doors through Rick in Clera Markham.
I totally agree that the design and quality are very good. I like the product. It makes my house look better. Rick as a salesperson was patient and helpful. He also helped me find an energy auditor and also made sure my ecoENERGY would go through smoothly. Installation was done professionally as well and garbarage was taken away completely. But the work did not finish in time. Inside frames were not primed after installation was completed. After talked to Rick, he hired a painter to finish the work. The project was originally planned to finish within 4 days. We used 7 days. Stickers on the windows were not taken off, I was told it was supposed to be there. My kid spend a whole day to take them off since it sticked to the windows tightly and each single window panel has 3 stickers. I also noticed that flowers in my backyard close to one of the windows were damaged.
One suggestion I would give is that if you want one key combination to all the doors. You should ask in front when you sign the contract. We did not talk about this possibility at all and it was too late when I realized it.
