An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I cannot express too enthusiastically how beautiful my new living room windows are. They are beyond my greatest expectations! Our whole experience with Ken, Clera's representative, who fulfilled our wishes fully with his expertise, and his construction crew which worked extremely diligently, was a pleasure. I am happy to have had my old windows replaced & look forward to the decrease in energy usage in the coming years.
