The installation crew were fantastic. It was a great experience.
We had problems regarding the rebate forms. Initially the ladies on the phone were not at all helpful. Mackenzie was great and I finally found Rita. She was fabulous! She contacted Energuy - many times - to get the matter resolved. Energy has confirmed to her that everything is done.
Energuy has not contacted me to confirm that the Rebate request is being done, but I hope it is.
I would NEVER deal with Energuy again! They are horrible!
