The windows and doors themselves are great. The installation and trim work are just OK. We believed that all of the windows purchased were energy star rated but found our during our energy audit that one did not qualify. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

We are sorry to hear that one of your windows did not qualify for the rebate. The reason your window did not qualify for the energy rebate is because you requested for the bathroom window to be frosted for privacy. Frosted windows do not qualify for the energy rebate.
