We are very happy with our new windows and sliding doors. We did 10 windows and 2 sliding doors, and have on order additional windows, after seeing the quality and appreciating how new windows have helped keep our house warm.
Dennis worked with us to determine new window configurations and was able to take us to their showroom by appointment to see the windows. It may sound odd, but we had other companies who did not want to offer this due to COVID. We understand restrictions and risk, but were investing a lot of money to purchase something sight unseen.
We choose Clera for the warranty, and hope we never use it. Our installation was delayed due to COVID. When our one window arrived it was measured wrong. Russel, the installer was able to order a replacement immediately and it arrived a few weeks later. Mistakes happen, and we were happy Clera worked to resolve quickly.
