We had all of our windows and one set of French doors replaced by the folks at Fieldstone in 2009. As with any project this big there were a few complications, but they worked hard to sort out any problems. The windows are beautiful and work perfectly. We had one ongoing issue with a mysterious little leak that only happened once or twice a year when the wind blew hard from the east. They happily came back and tried to figure it out and finally realized it was not their work at all, but an existing small roof on a bay window. They fixed it anyway and did not even charge us for the repair. We were all so happy to have the mystery of the little leak solved.
Overall we found the quality of their product outstanding and their service amazing. We would happily use them again or recommend them to anyone.
