Exceptional customer service experience. As they say, things will happen, it's how you deal with them that counts. An unpredictable sprayer malfunction forced a late reschedule of the appointment to treat our new couch. Paul couldn't have dealt with it in a more professional manner. He was in constant communication, allowing us to reschedule according to our timeline, making sure our small Jon was a priority and personally ensuring the job was done right.
