Courteous, punctual,professional and effective all describe the service we received then and now. You have taken great care of us consistently over the years. Our most recent disaster (thanks to our dogs)on our family room rug was taken care of quickly and expertly. The rug looks and feels just as good today as it did the day we purchased it.
