Whenever we've used Bradshaw we've been pleased with the service. A technician named Mike was here last week for a fall tuneup of our 4-year-old furnace. I told him about a small problem with it coming on in the morning, so he spent a lot of extra time figuring it out. He said our furnace wasn't draining water from the humidifier properly, but he thought he'd fixed it. What I liked is that he said the problem may persist, and if it does, call us and have to come back and do a much deeper dive to get to the bottom of it. A good combination of honesty about how far he could go on the service call, and reassurance that he could fix it if it happened again.
