We had a blocked drain in our basement and called ExpressRooter because of their reputation for work on Holmes on Homes. From our initial conversation with Melissa in the office early in the morning, to Rob's diagnosis and estimate a couple of hours later, to the work the guys did later that afternoon, digging into our basement floor, replacing the portion of the drain that was clogged with tree roots, and sealing and cleaning everything up, the team was very efficient, courteous, and professional.
