These guys were great! About two months ago we had a leak in the water line coming into our house from the city. After the city determined it was not on their side, I had Express Rooter come in. They first dug at our meter to see if they could find the leak, and when it was clear that the leak was somewhere under our family room, they tunnelled under our house to run a new line without damaging any finished rooms. When they were done you would never even know they had been here, except for the patch of new cement in our furnace room where they had to dig. It was a supervisor or project manager who came out to quote the job, then the same person came back to get the crew started, and then again to follow up and make sure everything was done properly. The crew was very good and very professional. I am extremely pleased with Express Rooter!
