I have used Europa Heating a couple of times and would not reccomend them ever. The first time I used them...they came over to the house, spent 30 secs looking at the furnace and said they had forgotten to bring the replacement part with them, and that they would be back in an hour. 2 hours later, they return and spend 60secs to replace this piece in my furnace...then the bill came. Not only was the part ridiculously priced, but they actually had the nerve to tell me that they "we're gonna be nice and only charge 1 hour's labour ($60.00) when we should be charging you for 2 hours"...appearantly, I have to pay for their stupidity of forgetting to bring the part, and having to drive back to pick it up (which is 3mins away from me, not 2 hours like they took). The other time I used them was to clean the ducts of my house. They botched my house...made holes in drywall to get to the ducts and left the holes open for us to repair. They also always find something else wrong that NEEDS to be fixed urgently always. Don't be taken by them! RUN!

I am a first time home owner. I must say that I have no experience with duct cleaning or duct cleaners. I chose Europa because they were located down the street from me. They came in and did the job in the spring or summer of 06. The guys were nice enough, although they did install a wrong sized air filter. (too small) I really didn't notice any problems until the winter, when my 2nd floor tenants complained that no heat was coming from their ducts. I checked and confirmed this. I called Europa, got a machine and left a message with my concerns and contact info. After no return call, I called again and got a young lady. I explained my concerns and was told someone would call the next day. A couple of days later, I called again. I once again got the machine and left a message, again with my concerns and contact info. I never got a call back. Now certainly as a new owner I recognize that I'm as dumb as homemade shoes and don't know everything, but I think a short return call is not to much to ask. I would not use them again. very disappointed.
