End of the Roll

Bought an item (rug pad) that was not as advertised. Owner refused to refund even though I purchased less than 24 hrs prior. Poor quality product and poor customer service by the owner/manager.

Over the years I keep going back to this store and am never disappointed. The help at picking out flooring, carpet or area rugs has been outstanding and always makes me smile when I see it in my house. Thanks for the amazing help over the past 10 years!

Wanted to get full install withe subfloor, they broke my flange and left my toilet in the tub and didn't tell us so we had no facilities when we got home and had to stay somewhere else and had to get a plumber to fix what happens and they still wanted to charge us for the toilet! Terrible service, installers were rude, the guy at the store after was aweful, bubbles under the new floor. I don't recomend them AT all. Beware of getting hosed for a mediocre incomplete job

Terrible service. Make a deposit for 2 rugs, different sizes, same design. Excuses at all times, they are almost here..., not they still in Toronto...., no now they had problem with the finishing.

After more than a month, the rug never arrived and now we need to go and get the deposit back.

They will save you money when you compare to other stores , and the staff is great but they hire independents to install your carpet. Because they are removing your old carpet and re-installing, there are lots of small things that can go wrong. About 1 month after the carpet was installed we needed them to come back and re stretch some areas that had humps. The installer came back and found the tack boards to hold the carpet had come unglued, as it was installed on radiant concrete floors which we advised the store. Since the installation many areas keep coming unglued due to the force of re-stretching. It is not the carpet stores fault but they are the experts and should prepare for situations like this. Many carpets had to be rolled away from the walls, re-glued, dry for a few days and re stretched. It keeps happening in areas, so we have given up calling and learned to live with this????

We got our quote from Sam for our two rooms in the basement, fresh installation (no flooring had to be removed), plus two staircases. Based on our needs, he made appropriate recommendations and connected us with an installer directly. Following installation we had quite a bit of extra carpet. I took this back into the store because I was upset for having paid for so much that wasn't used. Apparently this is common depending on the length and shape of rooms. Brian, the manager, was able to offer me a discount on binding the spare carpet into mats. The carpet was also installed less than a week after we ordered it and it looks great.

I AM HAPPY WITH THIS STORE. THE QUALITY IS GOOD. THE PRICE IS REASONABLE. THE VARIETY IS GOOD .THE PERSONNEL ARE FRIENDLY. YOU WILL NOT GET OUT OF THE STORE WITH EMPTY HANDED.

After the carpet in our rental unit was damaged due to a pet we decided to purchase a tight woven neutral carpet from end of the roll and have a friend install it. The carpet was fro 800 square feet of space and it looked beautiful, expensive and has helped up wonderfully over the past year. The price was also a deal for that quality of carpet.

i have used the end of the roll on a couple of occasions they always do i great job. they are on time, and don't damage walls or leave a mess. they installed vinyl flooring with a wood look. people always think we have laminate flooring. these guys are awesome.

The job was very professionaly done. The product looked great. People couldn't even tell it was linoleum, they though it was real tile. The seems were invisable. I would absolutely recomend them to others.
