Unbelievable service from Cyndi, Matt and Mike They made sure we were kept informed throughout the process, from pickup to delivery. I had my silk area rugs cleaned when we moved into our new place and they looked o.k. but when I had Drape Master take them for a cleaning after we found a stain on them, I couldn't believe the results. The carpets looked like we just bought them! We immediately noticed the difference. They also cleaned our silk drapes that had grease stains from a contactor in our home. Cyndi made sure we were satisfied with the service. This is what customer service is all about and these people far and exceed that expectation!!!! I will recommend them to anyone needing this service. So glad I found them.
