Drain Works Plumbing

Had a bad experience with our last plumber so did what I never do: clicked on a Google Ad. Drainworks came out within 2 hours and Armando was out in 45 minutes, doorbell to bill. Both guys were courteous and didn't try and oversell anything, they just did what I asked which, when faced with a backing up drain, is all you want. Thanks Drainworks! Should have gone with you the first time.

We had not used DrainWorks Plumbing before June 2006, we had a flood in our Basement whilst we were away, and upon return found a complete mess. We called DrainWorks from an ad in the yellow pages, the dispatcher was efficient, and told us he would have a worker at our home within an hour or two. Well I couldn't believe it when Mike showed up with his partner Eric, what a great pair they are. Polite, helpful,funny, just the kind of guys we needed , because we were sressed.They used their camera equipment and located the problem which entailed the whole of the family room floor being torn up, and the front lawn as well.
They gave us a price, we agreed, they started work the next day. We have never seen people work as well, and as efficiently, it was hot, they never complained.
Unfortunately we found more work to be done at the rear of the house, the clay pipes had disintegrated from age, and all needed to be replaced, they gave us a most fair price for the additional work and completed it promptly
We have since had Mike and Eric back this year first for a plugged kitchen sink , and then for frozen pipes today. Once again these guys were superior workmen , congenial, amusing, and they made the bill hurt even less
DrainWorks are good at what they do, they have good loyal employees in Mike and Eric, DrainWorks are fortunate to have these gentlemen, and so were we.

As a new homeowner, I wasn't thrilled when only 3 months later my toilet started overflowing any time I flushed the toilet, had a shower or simply ran the tap. I had actually called Drainworks at 8:30pm on a Monday night after being stood up by another company, who said they would be at my house by 6pm. The phone call was friendly and not only that but a service representative was at my home within a half an hour of calling. They provide great service, are very professional and provide make sense options.

After snaking out roots from my drain, by myself, I called Drain Works to let me know if I had done what was needed, or if in fact I had a bigger problem..
After a video inspection, which I was asked to observe,it was determined that it was necessary to replace the old clay drain pipe underneath the house.
From my initial call,which by the way was one of the most professional responses I have ever come across, to the explanation, preparation, actual work and workmanship and finally completion.....this outfit deserves a double 5-star rating. Our house is a classic house from the first half of 20th centure, and had a problem - old sewage line, built from clay elements. Multiple snake-cleanings didn't remove the roots from the drains.
After calling DrainWorks, the inspection with a video camera and estimation of the problem happened in two days. They were ready to dig and remove the old sewage line the next day. We agreed, and their team took out the old drains - we saw roots at every clay connection.
DrainWorks installed new PVC plastic line in a day - under the basement, under the front porch, all the way to the connection to city propery. They installed new cleanouts for us, this time bidirectional. They run again the video camera and showed us the new seagw inside, all the length. They finished the basement floor, and 48 hours after they started to dig we had again all facility, with lifetime warranty.
Two days later DrainWorks inspector came to check one more time the completion of the project. He filled up for us the form to City, where we may expect drain grant. As DrainWorks explaiened to us, City will credit part of the project, since the roots are from threes on their property.
Drainworks were very flexible to make changes in the progect as it was taking place, and even suggested some improvementsall included in the initially agreed price - removing washer sink, replacing plumbing taps.
They cleaned everything after their work, took the old clay element, sink, etc.

I have an 80-year old house and had sewage backing up into my finished basement! I called Drainworks and they scheduled an appointment for later that day. The service technicians arrived on time and using a video snake, they showed me the extent of the problem - tree roots everywhere. We discussed various options and I decided that I wanted the job done right and we would replace all of the clay pipe with plastic. They guys (Mike and his partner) cleared the blockage to give me temporary use and we scheduled the repair work to be done two days later. That morning, the work crew arrived on time and covered everything with tarps & plastic. The work was extensive: replacement of an old iron stack pipe, installing a new floor drain, running new pipe across the length of my basement, removal of an old sanitary trap outside which was replaced with a dual cleanout. It looked like two days work, but they finished the job in one day and left the basement cleaner than when they arrived! The workers were cheerful and very helpful in answering any questions I had. I thought that the price was a little expensive, but not outrageous. I probably could have done it cheaper, but you get what you pay for and I got excellent service and a job well done. The guys came back the following morning for a final video inspection with me where they showed me all the new pipe work. I was very impressed with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a sewer back up problem, this was the second time that this had happened to me, so I contacted Drain Works who had done work for me previously. The dispatcher on the phone said that they would be there between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm that same day as my call which was approx.12:00 noon. Any way at about 12:30pm I received a call from the dispatcher who said that they would be there in 1/2 an hour, minutes of that call Mike and Eric of Drainworks had arrived. I recognised them as they had done some work for me previously for which I was thoroughly satisfied and felt good to see these two again. They immediately went to work. They were so considerate by wearing "booties" over their shoes and even around the wheels of their equipment so as not to dirty my carpets. In no time they were able to solve the problem and with a rooter that had a cutter at the end which cut roots that had grown into the clay pipes. They then put a camera down the sewer and showed me the problem that I would have in the near future. They quoted me a price and I agreed to have the work done and we settle on a day and time. As usual the work was done to my complete satisfaction. After the work was done they again put the camera down to show me how the sewer looked now. I have been completely satisfied with Drainworks and for the considerate way Mike and Eric handled this. If I have a problem in any of my buildings I wouldn't hesitate to contact Drain Works and hope they would send Mike and Eric again.

First off I would like to say that I was greatly impressed with the service and workmanship DrainWorks had provided. I called DrainWorks because sewage water was coming into my basement from my floor drain. I spoke to the receptionist who had sent Lou to asses the situation first thing in the morning. Lou had showed up ON TIME and was very polite and very respectful of my property. Lou had shown me what the problem was and outlined how the problem could be fixed. Before any work had begun I was given a detailed quote which outlined the price and work that was to take place. NO SURPRISES. DrainWorks finished the job on time and left the work cite spotless. DrainWorks had gone above and beyond my expectations and was a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended

The reason for my contacting DrainWorks in the first place was because the Main Sewer Drain backed up in my basement.
From the first call I made to DrainWorks to assertain the problem to the compleation of there work was seamless.
Armando was my main contact. he scoped the drain with a camera so I could see all the cracked tiles and root infestation.
After we assertained what the problem was, they went to work the very next day. Two days later after ALL the work was done, you would never have known they were there.
The work was done quick and so very clean. I would recomend DrainWorks to anybody and thank you Armando for all your help and assistance.

Drainworks is the kind of company that sets an example for all the others. They are telling the truth when they say they're the smartest choice in the book. We found them sort of by accident when we saw one of their well-marked trucks on our street. We had recently undergone extensive home renovations. The original contractor's plumber made some very bad decisions, leaving us with a lot of difficult plumbing problems.
