Burst pipe in basement laundry room occurred during the May long weekend which required immediate attention.
As it was the long weekend I was expecting a long wait for service. But Drain Works came through and was able to provide someone to help within the hour.
Jim came over quickly and as I had already sourced and exposed the problem area he was able to quickly make repairs.
Jim was great offering advice on other plumbing areas that I will need to have done in the future.
Appreciate his honest opinions and keen observations.
