While doing the laundry I noticed water coming up from the floor drain and the downstairs toilette was also not flowing properly. I remember seeing the DrainWorks trucks in the neighborhood so I thought I would give them a call. They said they could have a technician out in about 3hours and would call me when he was on route.
Matt the technician arrived at the time they said he would and he immediately went to work diagnosing the problem. He was very courteous, thorough in his explanation on what needed to be done, presented me with a couple of options and the price for each option. Matt then went to work and quickly fixed the problem and made some additional suggestion on what I may want to look into in the future. He was very tidy and took extra effort to ensure he didn't track dirt through the house. It is very obvious that he takes pride in his work and the company he works for.
I would definitely recommend DrainWorks for any of your plumbing needs. They are very professional, quick at fixing the problem and very reasonably priced. Ask for Matt, he is a real pro.
