We had a cracked drain pipe from our upstairs bathroom which had a slow, consistent leak into our kitchen. I could see where the leak was coming from based on the water damage, and upon speaking with JP, he said if I am able to open the ceiling, it would save an exploratory charge, as long as the leak was visible. High five there as it saved over $100.
Chris came out to do the assessment and immediately saw the crack, pointed out our pipes (being over 90 years old) would have a chance on cracking a seam down the line. He then explained his 35+ years experience and that he isn't too worried and confident in his work and skills. You can just tell when people really know what they are doing, and he is one of them. We agreed to the quote and he cut out the cracked pipe, did a fantastic job retroing ABS to our iron pipes, was super clean and very efficient. I would 100% look to using Chris and Drain Works if anything else happens in the future.
