Had a technician replace a part received from the manufacturer in my shower unit - technician couldn't make the temp range work properly so began to raise issues with the water heater which had never been a problem before. I ultimately signed off as it seemed there was nothing else that he could do. My mistake. Subsequently the temp range issue worsened and a rumbling in my pipes developed: but the company would only send out another technician to investigate at $179 plus hst per hour with no warranty or guarantees. They seem to be suggesting that the best way to deal with this is to replace the whole shower unit (at a much larger cost) - sight unseen. In circumstances where their work appears to be an issue I would expect at least some attempt to investigate / address it without further charge or at a reduced charge unless clearly warranted. Very disappointing experience.

Sandra. Sorry you feel this way. We believe strongly in being upfront and transparent. This is why it was fully disclosed verbally and in writing in advance of being hired that there were no guarantees or warranties that the installation of the parts you supplied would solve your issues and that there would be additional charges if requesting to continue investigating to avoid replacing the unit altogether.
