First and foremost, I’d like to make a comment about the level of communication that Dr. Green provides. It really is excellent and very much appreciated. A technician always pays a visit when indicated through the reminder emails. Personally, I’ve had some issues with the weed control and don’t feel enough attention has been given to the areas of grass that meet up with the driveway, sidewalk, curbs and especially the boulevard section of my front lawn. All the perimeters are laden with weeds. I’ve never seen evidence though, that those areas have been given any attention. I’ve made mention of this before albeit it was probably too late. I am hoping that the 2012 season will be a better one.

I am pleased to have Dr. Green as our lawn care specialist. In the past , our experience with past lawn care providers were not so pleasant. When Dr. Green is coming to our home for a visit I am notified by an E-mail as well as a phone call. If there is a problem or a reapplication has to be done, one call to Dr. Green and it is rectified.

Having just completed our first season with Dr. Green (2011), we have been extremely satisfied with the results. We have received many complements from neighbours on how good our lawn looks. Like many others, we decided to become Dr. Green customers after seeming the high quality results achieved by our next door neighbour who had been using your lawn care services for many seasons before. From your knowledgeable and courteous staff, the level of care taken applying the products, to the results themselves, seeing is believing. We look forward to doing business with Dr Green in the many years ahead.

We have used Dr Green for several years now and have found your service to be prompt and careful. When we have had additional concerns a rep comes as soon as possible and talks to us directly. Our lawn is doing very well - better than ever and has weathered the various infestations successfully thanks to your interventions. We have prepaid already for next year - so we trust your expertise and are happy with your pricing.

So far we haven't received many treatments on our lawn because we are new customers. However, the quick response time for our first treatment was done within a week of signing our contract. I have seen a staff member once already checking the grass once the first treatment was done to follow up on how it worked. It's great to actually see someone doing the job up close and personal! I hope the service for the rest of the year is as good as it has started out to be!

It is my pleasure to give you some feedback. If I were to assign you a mark for the quality of my lawn, I would assign a C+.
My wife and I are very very particular about our lawn. We have a ½ acre lot and lots of grass in the back.
I have to say that our lawn is very green and full, so that the combination of your fertilizer and my wife’s over watering had a positive impact there.
When it comes to weed control, that is a very different story. If I did not spend many hours de-weeding manually, the weeds and clover would take over the lawn.
For the most part what you apply is very in-effective. I always compare the lawn several days after your weed spray. Very few weeds are noticeably killed off. Even after we requested a re-spray, there is not much difference.
I know that our neighbours weed infested lawn is a significant contributing factor.

We were very pleased with Dr Green’s lawn service this past summer. We changed from another company after many years with them and do not regret it. We will continue to use Dr Green and have already prepaid for next season.
