Dr Green Lawn Care Services

The service in 2010 was fantastic an I had no concerns that year.
The service this year however was not as good.
I had the power raking service and I still had to manually go out an rake my lawn as the power raking did not get it all. To be fair it was in pretty bad shape.
I also called in a requested the overseeding service and I am pretty sure it didn't happen.
I had the overseeding service in 2010 and it really showed.
I didn't see anything this year.
I already signed up for the full service next year and I am pretty sure you will do a better job.

Very poor service. They spent most time preparing the invoice than actual service. My lawn was damaged. I cancelled service after many years and I prefer do it myself. Their service made a sens when they can use chemicals. Now is a waste of money.

As a Dr. Green customer for several years, I have seen the company grow and add additional services. The most helpful initiative, for me, is the email that tells me of an impending service to be performed. I always look forward to the handwritten comments and suggestions left at my door. The service providers are always pleasant and friendly and will take the time to answer any questions that I have. Also, calls to Customer Service are always courteous and helpful. Dr. Green has helped me to turn an average lawn into a superior lawn that regularly draws compliments from neighbours and passersby. I am proud to call myself a Dr. Green customer!

I have used Dr Green's service for the past year. Generally speaking, I think they have done a good job in responding to our requests and complaints and did proactively apply additional treatments to our lawn, which is so badly INFESTED by different kinds of weeds. I appreciate their endeavor.

However, I think they might need to research and develop new and more efficient weed control method and ingredients as I found the weeds seem to have been immune to their ingredients and continue to grow like crazy. If the same method continues to be used, I am afraid the result won't be very good. I hope the coming year, we together can do a better job.

We have been a client of Dr Green for more than 5 years. We are very happy with their services. Each year we select Dr Green's Very Best Teatment Plan, and because we have been customers for a long time we get at a guaranteed price which does not increase from year to year. Our lawn looks really good. One of our neighbours also signed up for Dr Green on our recommendation. We wish our other neighbour would do the same; their lawn needs the same care and attention that we get from Dr Green

My husband and I have found your services to be an economical and time-saving solution for our lawn care needs. We appreciate your email alerts about when our service date will be, and note that your technicians do come within the specified time frame. The lawn seems to be doing well. The weeds have not disappeared, but we understand the limitations of natural products and keep that in mind. We'll win the war on them someday! Keep up the good work.

Very glad I listened to a friend of mine and enlisted the service of Dr Green this summer. Although it was late in the season when I started using the services, the result are extremely positive! Happy with my Lawn results but also with the Customer service Dr Green offers. It is always a pleasant experience when I call in !
