Waste of time and money.
A door to door sales person sold me on a service that the company didn't even provide. I paid a premium and instead got the generic run of the mill service. They don't provide refunds and don't even keep your account on hold when there's a dispute. After a couple months they just send someone to your house without letting anyone know to resume the undesirable service. I'm so turned off by this company and their lack of customer service and refund policy that I have no intention to continue business with them nor will I recommend them to anyone ever. In the future, do not pay for service that has not been rendered yet. Don't give out your credit card information either. They automatically sign you up for auto-billing and you have to go out of your way to make sure they don't. I'll be cancelling my credit card in the near future.
