We needed to replace our old, beat-up garage door, and I'm glad we chose Dodds for the job. We're very happy with the work they did for us. I got a quick call back after contacting Dodds. A representative - a nice fellow named Laurie - came to our house within a few days to show me samples and discuss the options. Two or three weeks after that, a worker came by to remove our old door and install the new one. He was efficient and professional. From beginning to end, dealing with everyone at Dodds was pleasant and easy. And, most importantly, we really like our new garage door, which operates smoothly and improves our home's curb appeal. It is great to find a company that cares about treating customers well and delivering high-quality work.

I just got my garage door installed by Dodd's. The door looks fantastic. The customer service staff were excellent to deal with the job was done as planned. The installer, Jeremy was punctual, polite and very experienced. I would recommend Dodd's to anyone.

We contacted Michael from Dodds upon referral from our neighbour. He was highly responsive, coming by within a few days of our intial call to check things out and leave information for us to review. We were provided guidance/advice based on questions we posed, and when we made our decision - product was ordered and installed very quickly. Great service and follow up, and ultimately a great looking and perfect functioning new door. No surprise why they are highly recommended in our neighbourhood!

Contacted Dodds by telephone and received a call-back with 24 hours for a homes visit consultation. I could tell right away that this company knew what they were doing as they could tell immediately what was going wrong with my current garage door set-up that came with our house. They recommended a solution that would last as long as we owned our home and would function quietly and effectively. After paying a standard deposit I was contacted again within the time specified to set-up an installation date. The installer came on time on the day agreed and did a great job removing the old door and track, installing the new door and hooking it up to the existing door opener. The installer was neat, clean & professional and insured i was clear how the new door functioned prior to leaving. The new door and hardware are of superior quality and opens and closes extremely quietly. What a difference! Finally a garage door that works and is solid! I'd highly recommend Dodd's to anyone that is thinking of having their door replaced or serviced.

Great customer service! Great product! We had Dodd's come in to repair a problem with our garage door and was very pleased with their immediate service. We then decided to replace the old "builders" door and Michael was very helpful with choosing a beautiful new door (Royalty Carriage in Almond Colour) which has made our house look amazing! Jeremy, who installed the door, paid great attention to detail and completed the installation of the new door beautifully. When he noticed a dent in one of the panels Jeremy immediately alerted his office and an order for a replacement panel was promptly placed. We are very happy friendly service and their product! We highly recommend them!

Overall I was very impressed with Dodd's doors - they were great during the sales process. Everything was exactly as they said it would be and they arrived on time and the service took exactly as long as they said. I would have given them a 10 except for the mess that the installers left behind in our driveway, garage and lawn. We've been picking up metal pieces, nuts, screws and bolts for the last few days - at last count there were over 100 pieces obviously scattered around. Given everything else, which was great, this was surprising and disappointing.

We were very pleased with the installation of our new electronic garage door and opener. When the job was done the work area was left spotless.

The same installer, Jeremy, also installed the aluminum trim/ flashing...even took the time to explain everything to us.

I will be using Dodds for future jobs during our renovations.

(They even came back as promised and made any adjustments that were required)

This service was faultless...quick service to assess...appointment within a week to build new door, custom fit......work done within a few hours....perfect cleanup. Electronic door opener had been replaced by them at an earlier date...same high level of efficiency.
