Overall I was very impressed with Dodd's doors - they were great during the sales process. Everything was exactly as they said it would be and they arrived on time and the service took exactly as long as they said. I would have given them a 10 except for the mess that the installers left behind in our driveway, garage and lawn. We've been picking up metal pieces, nuts, screws and bolts for the last few days - at last count there were over 100 pieces obviously scattered around. Given everything else, which was great, this was surprising and disappointing.

We are as surprised and disappointed as you are Colin. Our installers are all trained to clean up after them and there is no excuse for this installer not doing so and consequently he has been reprimanded and suspended for one week. We simply do not tolerate this lack of performance and had you contacted us after the installation we would have sent him back immediately to do the clean up so that you would not have to.
