My name is Marcy Mikanian from Mississauga. I had some problems with the installation of my garage door back in June of 2010, I called Allen Grant and immediately he got Stan the service manager involved. Stan is very professional and put me at ease that he will take care of the problem, which he did less than 24 hours. I like to thank Stan for his professionalism and prompt response. Also I like to extend my thanks to Allen. Thanks very much

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- I like to say that your service department is not up to par. I called Angela few times, she totally disregarded my phone call. In one instance she forgot to tell the service person that he had an appointment with me, I left work 4 hours earli and waited for your service man to show up which he never did, then I found out that Anglea forgot to let him know. In total I had called more than 15 times. Most time talked to Angela and all the time she totally let me down and did nothing. I am not sure what her roll is at Dodd
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- if there is any problmes with your service call once, may be second time but dont wast your time talk to pople who are not willing to help you. Go to the ower in this case I suppose is Allen Grant. He make things happen.
