Repair and service to garage door
A few days ago I had the unfortunate accident of having my garage door spring snap. I called Dodds Garage Door Systems Inc. and I was immediately greeted by a pleasant support person named Angie who provided all the information I needed and booked the required service call for later that afternoon. At home I was greeted by John, one of their servicemen, who approached me with a smile, quick assessment, pricing and professional service. John then went on to answer all my questions and more. After he completed the job I asked John to visit my neighbour who was also having garage problems, which he did without hesitation.
All you hear these days is how "customer service is dead". Well it's alive and well at Dodds Garage Door Systems. Within 24 hours of my problem, I was totally satisified with the professional work received by all the staff involved at Dodds. I know that if I ever require a new garage door or service...Dodds will get the job.
