Hired this company after hearing their radio commercial. Salesperson was friendly and low-pressure. Install went smoothly and quickly. Door creaks and groans after a couple years of use, but otherwise am satisfied with the service.

Since this door is a couple of years old the reason it is creaking and groaning may be due to lack of lubrication. It is imperative that the hinges, rollers, springs, bearings, in fact any moving part, be lubricated at least every six months.
