We live in a multi-level townhome with lots of stairs. Couldn't have been happier for the level of service and installation from Dodd & Souter. From Margaret in sales to our installers Jamal and Jay, they made this large project seamless for us. Problem solved to correct floor squeeks on site! Also did an accurate installation of our fine lined carpet to ensure it lined up and looked professional ...even with an angled step! Gladly was able to schedule this big job in two separate sessions to allow us to move the furniture from one room to the next. Our underpad is also SOO much thicker than our last one. Job well done! Dodd and Souter did three floors of our home. Carpeted our basement and installed engineered hardwood on our main and second level. Grant, the owner, listened to our concerns with pets and children and helped us select the right flooring. The team were very attentive to details, prompt, friendly and competitively priced. We Went into Dodd and Souter looking for a small amount of flooring for the bathroom. After being showed some good options and choosing a floor we liked, the staff also mentioned about some remnants they had. We found exactly what we wanted within the remnants and saved a significant amount. Will definetly shop there next time!!!

We had new flooring put in after a dishwasher backup destroyed our kitchen flooring. Dodd Souter replaced our flooring. We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship provided by this company.
