We live in a multi-level townhome with lots of stairs. Couldn't have been happier for the level of service and installation from Dodd & Souter. From Margaret in sales to our installers Jamal and Jay, they made this large project seamless for us. Problem solved to correct floor squeeks on site! Also did an accurate installation of our fine lined carpet to ensure it lined up and looked professional ...even with an angled step! Gladly was able to schedule this big job in two separate sessions to allow us to move the furniture from one room to the next. Our underpad is also SOO much thicker than our last one. Job well done!
