Enercare replaced our hot water tank several months ago. Every time we use the water, a pipe they connected to knocks on some duct work making a loud sound. I thought I fixed it by using a towel (wedged between the pipe and the duct) but it eventually fell off. Finally got around to booking a service call yesterday. The guy that came was adamant that this was not their issue. He even said that had I called when it started, there would be no argument. Really? I said that I didn't ask for an argument, just some customer service. Rude, unsympathetic and ignorant. Folks, Enercare doesn't care!
