Worst service ever experienced. Furnace installed November 2014. Have had 5 service visits since and its not working again! Based on the reaction from Enercare - this is business as usual. Every time I have to call because the furnace is not working, its at least 90 minutes on hold. Their records are wrong and they seem incapable of fixing them. Emails to customer service go unanswered. If you need a new furnace, try another provider.
