I am completely unsatisfied with the service provided to me. My AC was still under warranty with this company from the previous owner of the house, so we defaulted to use them for a problem with our AC. I had 4 service calls before a technician was able to diagnose the problem. Then I had to wait for a part to be ordered. Then I had to rebook a service call for the part to be installed. Over the last week my AC was disabled, making my house excruciatingly hot, and I have young kids at home (3 children, ages 3 and under). The "final" service call was supposed to have been this morning to fix the problem, but nobody showed up. When I called to inquire they said it was booked for the following morning, even though I had double checked the booking for this morning. This is completely unacceptable, and I will most definitely be changing our service provider in the future. I will NEVER recommend this company to friends/family, due to these unacceptable delays and terrible customer service.
